La Linea del Tempo

La Time Line è la rappresentazione temporale soggettiva.

Se volessimo rappresentare la Time Line (individuale soggettiva) potremmo tranquillamente utilizzare diverse tipologie schematiche (cerchi, spirali, linee ecc.)

A scopo semplificativo la Time line viene disegnata come una linea retta dove a sinistra abbiamo il passato e a destra il futuro. Naturalmente al centro della linea c’è il presente (il “Qui ed Ora”).

Rispetto alla tua Linea Temporale, difatti, puoi trovarti in una posizione:

In Time – nella quale sei letteralmente attraversato dalla tua Time Line e percepisci di avere il passato alle spalle e in futuro davanti;

Throug Time – nella quale sei uno spettatore e osservi la tua Time Line scorrere.

Nel primo caso sei “coinvolto”, quindi con una sub-modalità associata. In casi simili la Time Line ci insegna che è più facile perdersi nel flusso del tempo (che non a caso ti attraversa) ed è più complicato staccarsi da brutti ricordi.

Nel secondo sei “dissociato”.  Avendo una visione più obiettiva del tempo che scorre, adori la consequenzialità e osservi i brutti ricordi per quello che sono e ti è più facile staccarti da essi.

Le tecniche della Time Line ti aiutano ad eliminare, gli imprinting, le esperienze negative passate che ora ti limitano e non ti permettono di creare il tuo presente. Sembra semplice e promettente, e lo è.

La Time Line è la tua propria macchina del tempo interna. Per comprendere gli eventi passati, gli imprinting, in relazione, alla tua vita attuale, la tua mente inconscia organizza la tua storia personale in relazione al tempo, un evento dopo l‘altro.

Nella tua Time Line personale, immagazzini inconsciamente e consecutivamente le tue memorie, emozioni, credenze e decisioni. È grazie alla tua Time Line che sei in grado di conoscere la differenza tra oggi, domani, la scorsa settimana, la prossima primavera, anno dopo anno. Questo è il tuo registro personale interno.
